Mediator
Robert L. Switkes Mediation provides conference facilities, conducts mediation online or at convenient locations to the parties. Bob is a Certified Supreme Court Circuit Court mediator and is available in all counties in the State of Florida. Mediation has been successful in resolving disputes prior to trial and in an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving resolution without the expense and uncertainty of jury trials and potential appeals thereafter.
Mr. Switkes has had an extensive trial practice for over 45 years handling complex cases in State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts. His practice includes representation of a wide range of clients in the capacity as defense and plaintiffs’ counsel and has a unique perspective to facilitate a successful mediation process and bring closure to the litigation and or pursuit mediation.
